How quickly can you arrive?
Our average response time across Dubai is under 30 minutes. In peak areas like Downtown, Marina, and Business Bay, we often arrive in 15–20 minutes. For more remote areas, it may be slightly longer but we’ll always give you an honest ETA upfront.
Do I need to know my battery type or car specs?
No — just tell us your car make, model, and year. Our technicians carry a full range of batteries and will identify the exact spec your vehicle requires. You don’t need to know anything about batteries.
Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?
Yes — always. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including all UAE public holidays. Emergencies don’t follow a schedule, and neither do we.
How does the 1-year warranty work?
Every battery we install comes with a written 1-year warranty card. If the battery fails within that period under normal use, we’ll come to your location anywhere in Dubai and replace it at zero cost — no questions asked.
Can you service luxury and European cars?
